Shipping cost
Shipping is free in Italy.
The jewels will be delivered via a courier specialized in the transport of precious stones.
Delivery time
For available jewellery, the delivery time is approximately between 5 and 15 working days from the day following the day on which the buyer receives it from Enrico Trizio New Company S.r.l.. For made-to-order jewellery, the delivery time will be communicated to the order. Enrico Trizio New Company S.r.l., according to normal industry practices, will do everything reasonably possible to respect the estimated delivery terms mentioned above.
Pursuant to art. 54 of the Consumer Code, Enrico Trizio New Company S.r.l will in any case execute the order within 30 days starting from the day following the day on which the buyer has sent it.
Receipt of the goods
To guarantee the security of the shipment, the shipper requests the recipient’s signature “for receipt” at the time of delivery; otherwise, the goods will not be delivered.
If, at the time of delivery, the external appearance of the package has imperfections, the customer must proceed to open the package in the presence of the carrier.
We recommend checking the goods upon delivery and verifying that the quantity of products delivered corresponds to what was ordered and that the packaging is intact, undamaged or otherwise altered. Any anomalies must be noted in writing on the courier’s delivery note.
Any problems with delivery must be reported promptly via email to info@enricotrizio.com and in any case within 15 calendar days of order confirmation.
If the packaging is damaged upon delivery, we recommend that you refuse the goods or indicate on the delivery note that you accept a damaged package.
Once delivered to the indicated address and collected, the goods are no longer insured.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Rights of the buyer
The buyer has the right to withdraw without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 10 working days from the day on which he receives the Jewel.
Communication methods
The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal by sending a written communication (i.e., registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt) to Enrico Trizio New Company S.r.l., via Andrea da Bari 107, Bari, within the terms established by the art. 7.1. The communication may be sent, within the same deadline, also by e-mail, to info@enricotrizio.com provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the following 48 hours.
The notice of withdrawal must indicate the order number with respect to which the right of withdrawal is exercised, and the jewel that the buyer intends to return.
Return of products
The buyer who has validly exercised the right of withdrawal will be required to return the jewel to the seller (Enrico Trizio New Company S.r.l., via Andrea da Bari 107, Bari) within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the jewel (for the purposes of the expiration of the deadline, the goods are considered returned when they are delivered to the accepting post office or courier). An essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is that the jewel to be returned is in the same condition in which it was received (without abrasions, scratches, dulling, etc.). The buyer who makes use of the right of withdrawal will be required to return the jewel intact and in its original packaging. The references of the order with respect to which the right of withdrawal is exercised must be indicated on the packaging and on the return documents. Enrico Trizio New Company S.r.l. reserves the right to verify the integrity of the returned jewel and to withhold any depreciation from the refund, even due to damage to the jewel for reasons other than transport.
Expenses
The only costs payable by the buyer for exercising the right of withdrawal will be those for returning the goods to the seller. Alternatively, if the buyer expressly requests it at the time of communication of the withdrawal, Enrico Trizio New Company S.r.l. will be able to organize the collection of the goods with its own couriers: in this case, the buyer will make the jewel available for collection in the place where it was delivered (within 10 working days from the delivery date) and Enrico Trizio New Company S.r.l. will be authorized to charge the Buyer the cost of the relevant transport.
Reimbursement
If the right of withdrawal has been exercised by the buyer in accordance with the provisions of this article, Enrico Trizio New Company S.r.l will refund – within the terms set out above – the sums paid by the buyer, except for the costs of returning the jewel. The refund will be completed within 20 working days of the jewel being returned and, in any case, within 30 days of the date on which Enrico Trizio New Company S.r.l. will have become aware of the valid exercise of the right of withdrawal by the buyer. The sums will be considered refunded within the terms if they are actually returned, shipped or re-credited with a value no later than the expiry date of the relevant term.
The refund is made using the same means used for the initial payment.
Enrico Trizio New Company S.r.l. will have the right not to accept the return of jewelery that has been altered and/or damaged.
